Harvard Statistics Summer RetreatRegistrationRegistration Fee: $3,500 with an early-bird registration fee of $3000 (deadline of Monday, May 15th). This fee covers course materials, copies of The Econometrics of Financial Markets by John Y. Campbell, Andrew W. Lo, and A. Craig MacKinlay and An Introduction to Mathematical Finance: Options and Other Topics by Sheldon Ross, the opening cocktail reception, the banquet dinner, a campus and museum tour, and continental breakfast and lunch each day of the retreat. For a nominal $100 fee, a spouse or guest may attend the opening cocktail reception, the banquet dinner, and the campus and museum tour. Group discount rates may apply -- contact program chair Yoonjung Lee (ylee@stat.harvard.edu) for details. Payment: Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, check or money order made payable to Harvard University. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. Bank. No cash or bank transfers will be accepted. Cancellation/Refunds: Notification of cancellation of registration in writing must be received by the Summer Retreat Coordinator (contact information below) on or before June 5, 2006 to be eligible for full refund of registration fees paid, excluding a 10% processing fee. The Harvard Statistics Department reserves the right to cancel this course. In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be fully refunded. However the department will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by participants, including, but not limited to, travel and hotel costs, regardless of the date of cancellation.
