The Harvard University Statistics Department is proud to host The Eighteenth New England Statistics Symposium. Our purpose is to bring together statisticians from all over New England at a central location.

The Keynote speakers are George Cobb of Mount Holyoke College, South Hadley, Massachusetts and Andrew Lo of MIT, Cambridge, Massachusetts.


We invite talks on all aspects of statistics and probability. Reports on work in progress are welcomed. Participation of graduate students is encouraged. Please send an abstract as soon as possible to insure a place on the program. April 9, 2004 is the closing date for abstracts. The program will be finalized by April 16, 2004 and will be distributed at registration.
